web development process includes a complete analysis and
detailed design proposal prior to the actual production
and implementation of your site. In addition, once your
site is online, we have the expertise to generate qualified
leads to your site. There is a lot involved in designing
a website and marketing program, so we have developed
a systematic approach to take your concept to a finished
yet ever-evolving product. Our project schedule is as
follows:
Phase 1 of 3 --- Needs Assessment
Site Design Goals: Our first step is to listen to your ideas, website
preferences and target audience.
Research and Design proposal: We will review sites that you like as well as
your existing marketing materials to assist us in identifying your preferred
design tone. With this information we provide you with a design proposal describing
the flow of content (information architecture), and project timeline. The requisite
50% deposit will be required at this time to begin production.
Phase 2 of 3--- Website Production and Evaluation
Design: We design a proposed main homepage, 2nd and 3rd level designs
that define the "look and feel" for the entire site. We will refine
the designs to your specifications.
Content: In parallel with the design process, the Client will be gathering
content for the new website. We specify exactly what we will need from you
or will provide at an additional cost (text, promo material, images, photos,
wording, link information etc.).
Web Programming & Quality Assurance (QA) Testing: Upon approval of the
final site design, and content, we will incorporate any supplied photos and
graphics you wish implemented and complete the entire site at one time based
on the approved site architecture. The site will be posted to our staging server
for your review.
Phase 3 of 3--- Publishing and Maintenance
Launch: Files will be uploaded after receipt
of the remaining balance and your approval
of site. After the launch, we will initiate
an introductory marketing campaign and offer
a maintenance package at
a 10% discount. This will ensure your site
stays current and "fresh". Consultation is
